John is the managing partner who joined Capax in 1998. He has been instrumental in developing Capax's IT solutions practice and has successfully negotiated the firm's strategic vision and key partnering engagements. John has since spearheaded the NY Metro office's transformation and rebranding into a highly skilled enterprise technology solutions provider.
 
Jerry Hawk   |   Senior Partner and CIO/CTO, Capax Global
As senior partner and CIO at Capax Global, Jerry brings over 20 years of experience in enterprise software architecture and technology management expertise. Prior to joining Capax Global, Jerry was Vice President of Research and Development at The Associated Press, Chief Technology Officer at SAQQARA Systems, and CIO at EMI.
 
Ron Gagnon   |   Partner, Capax Alpha
As Managing Director of Capax Alpha, Ron oversees the Financial Services arm of Capax, which specializes in Hedge Fund and Alternative Investment Services solution offerings. His practice expertise spans domestic and offshore Single Manager Hedge Funds, Funds of Funds, Private Equity, Prime Brokerage, Investment Banking, Money Center banks, and third-party Hedge Fund Administrators. Prior to joining Capax, Ron served as a senior technology executive for JPMorgan (Hedge Fund Services, Global Equities, and Internet Banking) and Citibank (Fixed Income) and as CIO for two software startups.
 
Chris Keslin   |   Associate Partner, Capax Global
Chris Keslin is an Associate Partner, responsible for commercial solutions and frameworks which enable his clients to accelerate their applications and leap beyond their competitors. Chris has been influential in the utilization of cutting edge Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Sync Services and WCF, and is an expert at utilizing all aspects of Microsoft Enterprise Library. Chris started his career in computer science as an undergraduate research assistant at Indiana University's cyclotron facility where he obtained a B.S. in Physics and a B.S. in Chemistry.
 
Mark Smith   |   Associate Partner, Capax Global
Mark Smith is the Infrastructure Practice Manager and Principal Architect for Capax Global. He has been involved with e-mail/messaging systems since 1992 and with Microsoft Exchange since 5.0. Mark’s current work is with Microsoft Infrastructure products focusing on upgrades/migrations to Microsoft Exchange Server. He has a BS (Computer Science) and BA (Mass Communications) from Widener University. Mark is the first person in the world to achieve the Microsoft Certified Architect certification for Exchange 2010.
 
Chuck Tichenor   |   Associate Partner, Capax Global
Chuck Tichenor is an Associate Partner and Senior Architect for Capax Global where he has managed, architected, and developed award winning solutions for companies such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity, Napster, Dow Jones, KPMG, Ernst and Young, Deloitte and Touche, Forbes.com, HBO, Martha Stuart, and Medtronic. Chuck has over two decades of experience in software development in positions ranging from developer to director. Chuck has a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Michigan.
 
Steven Williams    |   Associate Partner, Capax Global and Capax Discovery
Steven Williams is an Associate Partner for Autonomy Global Solutions specializing in eDiscovery and compliance. With over 15 years of experience in legal technology, he is one of the first pioneers to utilize Autonomy’s IDOL and Virage technologies to make eDiscovery more efficient and FRCP compliant. Whilst in the Marine Corps, Steven helped design rugged PC prototypes and graduated with a BA in Government and Politics from the University of Texas at Dallas. In 1997, while attending Texas Wesleyan School of Law, he started OEM Computers, a technology solutions company focused on servicing Dallas-Metro law firms. In 2000, Steven was recruited to join Hummingbird (now OpenText, NASDAQ: OTEX) as the North American IT Director, where he quickly instituted and managed Centers of Excellence. Steven continues to lead Capax by pushing the boundaries of technology and helping Global Fortune 100 companies with eDiscovery.
 
Jeff Wynn   |   Associate Partner, Capax Global
Jeff Wynn is an Associate Partner at Capax Global where he manages some of our largest financial services and banking clients. Jeffrey received his B.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a M.S. in Computer Science from Monmouth University. Prior to joining Capax Global, he was a Deputy Director of Research and Development at Associated Press. He brings 15 years of experience in enterprise software architecture, design, and development, specializing in enterprise application integration, databases, and various middle-tier and back-end technologies.
 
Jerry Head   |   Director of Resource Operations, Capax Global
Jerry Head is the Director of Resource Operations for Capax Global and is responsible for all activities related to managing the staffing needs of the organization, including recruiting and assigning the best possible talent for the company’s engagements. Jerry received his degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University and has over 25 years of experience in recruiting, resource management and contract negotiations. Prior to joining Capax in October of 2005, he was the owner of two high-profile staffing firms in the New York metropolitan area.
 
Sharan Hildebrand   |   Director of Business Development, Capax Global
As Director of Business Development, Sharan is responsible for driving new business for Capax’s Microsoft practice in addition to managing the marketing efforts for Capax. With more than 18 years of new business development and consulting experience in the IT industry, Sharan has specialized in working with Fortune 500 companies to deliver solutions in the areas of software development, consulting and outsourced services. Prior to Capax, Sharan was an Executive Director for an IT outsourcing firm headquartered in Beijing.
