Ingestion
Real Time - Capax Global supports standard Autonomy DRE ingestion interfaces as part of our standard support
package. We also have the expertise to integrate with custom data ingestion interfaces, or help our clients develop their own ingestion
systems
Replay - Re-indexing (or replaying) indexed content is a fact of life in continuously changing Autonomy
environments. Capax Global can re-index part or all of your content after configuration changes on a contractual basis
Custom - Capax Global can also support and/or develop custom ingestion systems with security integration
Data Migration
Continuous - As part of our standard support package, Capax Global will automate the migration of data in our clients'
scalable Autonomy environment. Data migration is done automatically at intervals specified by the customer
One Time - Customers often receive bulk data dumps from third party data providers, which they then need to make part of
their search offering. To accommodate this common need, Capax Global supports bulk ingestion of large amounts
of archive data on a contractual basis
Management
Monitoring - As part of our standard support package Capax Global will monitor
typical Autonomy health and performance indicators
Alerting - Also included as part of our standard support package is threshold-based email alerting on monitored Autonomy
indicators
Tracking - Capax Global has developed a customized Autonomy document tracking system (DTS) that allows us to integrate
with the Autonomy indexing system in order to guarantee proper ingestion of our clients' content
Integration - On a contractual basis, we can integrate our monitoring, tracking and alerting systems with your management system
of choice. (i.e. HP OpenView, IBM Tivoli, BMC patrol, or other solutions)
Administration
Installation - As part of your standard support package Capax Global will license and install all standard Autonomy
components (DiSH, DIH, DAH, IDOL, and independent Content)
Configuration - As part of your standard support package Capax Global will configure and secure your Autonomy components
Expansion - Most Autonomy installations will need to scale over time in order to handle expanded corpus size, query
load, or both. As part of your standard support package Capax Global can install and configure the
additional Autonomy software systems required to support such an expansion
Scalability
Capax Global specializes in massively scalable Autonomy real-time data search solutions. We support scalability
of both query load and corpus size. We have two main configurations which can be applied as part of the standard
package:
Unlimited Size Pyramid - The unlimited size pyramid configuration is our standard supported solution. It allows you to support
massive search scalability combined with unlimited online archival of data. Search scalability can be focused
on the data that has the most value, which is typically the newer data
Limited Size Ring - The limited size ring supports massive search scalability for a limited set of data, typically your most
valuable data. Note – pricing for this configuration is to be determined
Hybrid - The limited size ring may be combined with the unlimited size pyramid to provide massive search scalability
for select data while providing unlimited online archival of data
