Chuck Tichenor is an Associate Partner and Senior Architect for Capax
Global where he has managed, architected, or developed award winning solutions for companies
such as Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, Fidelity, Napster, Dow Jones, KPMG, Ernst and Young,
Deloitte and Touche, Forbes.com, HBO, Martha Stuart, and Medtronic. Chuck has over two decades
of experience in software development in positions ranging from developer to director. With a
computer engineering degree from the University of Michigan, Chuck started out developing
embedded military avionics systems in the ‘80s, followed by embedded life support systems in
the early ‘90s. After a brief stint in communications at AT&T Bell Labs in the ‘90s Chuck
joined The Associated Press where he became Chief Architect and Director of Research before
joining Capax Global.
Jeffrey Wynn is an Associate Partner at Capax Global where he manages
projects and develops solutions at many of our largest financial services and banking clients.
Jeffrey received his B.S. in Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University and a M.S. in
Computer Science from Monmouth University. Prior to joining Capax Global, he was a Deputy
Director of Research and Development at Associated Press. He brings almost 15 years of
experience in enterprise software architecture, design, and development, specializing in
enterprise application integration, databases, and various middle-tier and back-end technologies.
Mark Smith is the Infrastructure Practice Manager and Principal Architect
for Capax Global. He has been involved with e-mail/messaging systems since 1992 and with Microsoft
Exchange since 5.0. Mark’s current work is with Microsoft Infrastructure products focusing on
upgrades/migrations to Microsoft Exchange Server. He has a BS (Computer Science) and BA (Mass
Communications) from Widener University.
